Located amid the Telfeser Wiesen Nature Reserve and a bird of prey park, Appartements Greier is set in a historic building dating back to the 16th century and is 15 km south of Innsbruck. Ski passes can be bought on site. The Serlesbahnen Ski Area is also nearby and features a ski school, child care, illuminated natural toboggan runs, and a cross-country ski trail. From late May to mid-October, the Stubai Super Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and public transport in the valley and to Innsbruck.

"The apartment was fantastic in an amazing location, and it was great to get a super stubai card to give us access to cable cars and other activities for free. It was lovely to have access to the sauna and the swimming pool. We loved the terrace with the mountain view and there was lots to do in the valley for us and our children (age 7 and 10)."

"L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di tutto quanto necessario. I due bagni sono nuovi, la cucina aveva tutti gli accessori necessari, compresi i panni, spugne e i detergenti. La struttura è dotata di sauna comune all'interrato con un bel spazio relax. Ci sono anche spazi esterni, come la piscina, ma noi abbiamo alloggiato in inverno e non li abbiamo provati. Per chi scia c'è nell'interrato il deposito sci e scarponi riscaldato con accesso dal parcheggio. Il parcheggio è ampio, consiglio di lasciare la macchina all'appartamento e usare i mezzi pubblici che sono a pochi passi. Accanto c'è un piccolo supermercato."

"L' environnement verdoyant, le calme, le Sauna, hammam, cabine infrarouge. Le temps maussade en juillet ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine extérieure. La propreté dans le logement. Le pass qui nous permet de pendre les transports, remontées mécaniques et l' accès au centre aquatique tout proche deux fois par semaine, gratuitement, est très apprécié. Innsbruck accessible en tram gratuit en 45 mn, gare à proximité de la location."
"Un four micro ondes pour faire réchauffer nos aliments dans le studio serait un plus."
