Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. "This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

"We were arriving late (11pm) by the ferry, James the manager has proactively sent a taxi to pick us which was super helpful (don’t try to walk up that hill at night, especially not with luggage!). While the Inn is definitely a budget option, it was all good and the views from the common area terrace in the morning were nice."

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
