"Фантастически гостеприимные хозяева! Саркис, Армида, спасибо!!! Нам очень понравилось у вас в гостях. В доме нас ждало угощение к чаю, запас кофе и всего необходимого. Бассейн был отфильтрован специально по нашей просьбе. Все было на высшем уровне."

"Единственный минус - перед домом ремонтируют дорогу, к утру наши машины были покрыты слоем пыли. Но ремонт скоро завершат, и тогда будет красота и чистота! Так что за минус это не считаю"

"Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. "Очень гостеприимная семейная пара. Передали ключи, когда прилетела, а рейс был ночной. Всё показали, объяснили. В квартире есть всё необходимое, в том числе фен и утюг, посуда в огромном количестве, если вдруг нужно приготовить - с лёгкостью. Всегда были на связи, хотя в принципе никаких проблем не возникло. Расположение потрясающее, до метро 10 минут пешком, а там рукой подать до центра. Рядом сетевой магазин с приятными ценами, а там, кому актуально, терминал с обменом валют по самому выгодному курсу. Всё было настолько комфортно, что и не чувствовала себя в гостях, а как дома!"

"It was in the center of the city, we could go by feet anywhere and all the fancy cafes were around us 5min. walk. It was brilliant, cleanest house with all the necessities, taxi was cheap because the house was very close to everything. 100% recommend"
