"Very clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering to pick me up at the airport ( just a few dollars) at 4 am to show me where the apartment was ( would never have found it otherwise). Dont be put off by the gross Soviet style rectangular block. The apartment itself is very nice and has everything you need and is very well located"

"Хорошая квартира-студия. Быстрый интернет. Удобное расположение в центре. Чистота в квартире, это реально заметно! Очень уютно. Удобно для 3 человек: 2 -двухспальных дивана, 1 - односпальный. Больше всего нам понравилось гостеприимством хозяев.Кажется, что знаем Вас много лет! По нашей просьбе, Рущанна с мужем встретили нас в аэропорту и так же отвезли потом в аэропорт. Спасибо, Рузанна, за вашу доброту! Если будет возможность приехать ещё, остановимся у Вас!!!!"

"Отличная квартира. В самом центре Еревана, рядом со станцией метро. Чистая, просторная, со всем необходимым. Хозяева замечательные! Встретили нас в аэропорту) Спасибо за гостеприимство! А еще во дворе дома есть палатка, где мы покупали самые вкусные шашлыки и кебабы в Ереване:)"

"Прекрасное расположение. Приятные хозяева. В квартире все есть для путешественника. Особенно замечательно наличие небольшого кабинета с письменным столом. Чисто и вполне комфортно"

"Apartment is perfectly located in Yerevan. All main tourist points are easily accessible by foot. There are 2 big shops nearby. Apartment is clean and perfect equipped. There is everything what tourist could need during week or longer stay. The cleaning was conducted very often by owners. The personnel was nice and polite. What is more they were really flexible about check-in and check-out times."
