"I personally didn't like the communication style that the young man had. He was pressuring us to tell him the exact time of the arrival, like he doesn't understand that as a turist you just simply don't know how long will the sightseeing take. He was mentioning phrases as 'So there won't be any problems...' I mean... Some hospitality would be nice."
"Very clean and comfortable house. Has all the amenities both in the house and the kitchen, newly renovated. The sheets were clean which is very important. Overall had a very comfortable stay. The location is very good only 3 minutes away from the main street, there are shops nearby."

"Перед тем, как приехать, мы связались с хозяином по телефону, указанному в букинге. В день приезда примерно за полчаса до нашего прибытия нам написали с этого номера и сказали, что квартира готова к заселению. Но когда мы приехали, выяснилось, что ещё идёт уборка, и заселиться пока нельзя. У нас это особых неудобств не вызвало, т.к. мы хотели оставить вещи и пойти гулять. Но в ином случае было бы неудобно ждать окончания уборки, когда нам пообещали, что уже можно заселяться. . При встрече с представителем хозяина апартаментов нас заверили в том, что включат отопление по завершении уборки, и к нашему возвращению вечером в квартире будет тепло. Тепло вечером не было, батареи были холодными. Благо удалось самостоятельно разобраться с газовым котлом. Не очень критично, но снова расходится обещание с реальностью. Незаправленное постельное белье. Не критично, но тоже отнимает время"

"Красивая, просторная, чистая и удобная квартира! Розетки там, где действительно удобно, подсветка у кровати и дивана. Достаточно мебели, полотенец, посуды. Отличное хлопковое белье и плотные полотенца. Качественный матрас. Достаточно места для парковки у дома. Мы пожалели, что остановились здесь лишь на ночь. Вполне комфортное место для длительного отдыха на троих человек."
