"It’s about a km from the centre which meant it was peaceful and I got a feel for the local neighbourhood. Loved the terrace to sit for breakfast and late afternoons. The woman next door was kind and caring (I think she looks after the property). Great to do some washing and eat raspberries from the garden"

"It felt aged and frumpy - not enough cutlery, shower either ran super hot or cold, not very appealing interior. Would have been good to have tea and coffee, shower didn’t drain properly"

"The terrace with the swing facing the mountains was out of this world! We drank wine and had the best evening there. The owner is a super sweet lady. The apartment is clean, has everything you need! Recommend!!"

"The place was very spacious and has all the facilities one can wish for, including full kitchen and washing machine. The terrace is large and has a nice view of the forests and hills around, plus there is a big garden one can use too. Wifi was fast and reliable. Moreover, the host-Lena-was very friendly and nice to talk to."

"A very nice place to stay in Dilijan and a fairly quick walk to anywhere in the fairly small town."

"Insisted on being paid in cash with exact change. Had to go the nearby supermarket and buy a bottle of water to make exact change."

"The hostess is an amazing lady, she is very kind and helpful, made sure I enjoy my experience there. The house is located in a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from cafes, supermarkets. There is a wonderful mountain view, and a terrace to enjoy it."

"Прекрасное расположение, магазины в пяти минутах, до центра столько же, тихое место. С террасы открывается прекрасный вид на горы.Идеально для спокойного отдыха. На самом деле это квартира - с кухней, гостинной и небольшим санузлом с душем. Внутри уютно. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и доброжелательная - настоящее армянское гостеприимство. Все рассказала и показала. Заселение без проблем."

"Конечно, не стоит ждать уровня отеля 4 и 5 звезд. Квартира такая бабушкина, немного уставший ремонт. Но отдыхается хорошо, все необходимое есть. За эту цену все вполне прилично"
