"The view was nice, there’s always a guard at the area, I annoyed having my morning coffee at the balcony. The rooms have heaters and they got warmed very fast. It was a very comfortable stay."

"These are not negative but I would suggest them as improvements: the floor needs to be wiped not just brushed and it would be nice if there is coffee and sugar at the properties as gestures for welcome."

"I have stayed in many places around the world, but here was unmatched. Being right in front on lake Sevan was serene, and the cabin felt like home, I was sad we didn't stay longer just to sit out on the porch more."

"1. There's no heating in the bathroom, so if the weather isn't hot, be prepared to take a shower at +13°. 2. Although there was a kitchen corner, it was poorly equipped, and we had to order even tea and coffee for extra payment"
