"The location is in the nature, great place. The gazebo houses for taking the food are amazing, the personnel are so kind and helpful. Car parking is secure. The place is quiet. The food is excellent, local, and affordable. Many big thanks for the pleasant time near the Sevan lake, wine and baklava are the most recommended."

"So many guest houses in Armenia are so unique and special. This one is particularly great. I recommend you try it to see what I mean. One big bonus on these cold winter evenings is that they have a sauna. You can have your own private sauna session for 5000 per hour. The sauna room has a Sauna, cold water plunge pool, shower, toilet and table and comfortable seats. So you can really relax there. And, they will bring you drinks if you want too. The place is overall very good value too. With my room, I also had a livingroom with sofa, 2 arm chairs and my own bathroom and my own entrance and balcony. It was a truly luxurious experience at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and helpful."
