"Josefin apartment is the perfect place for a family trip, it had everything we needed, all amenities as stated and it was very clean. Location was the best, everywhere is walkable even with small children. Its spacious and in a very safe building block with key card entry only. Hosts were very helpful and always answered immediately if we needed anything, also arranged us airport transfers for a small fee. Balcony offers a wonderful peaceful escape with a great view of mother Armenia and the ferris wheel at night. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope to see you again😊😊"

Very central and close to everything within walking distance. We were three friends and it was great that each of us had her own room."

Clean space, sheets, utensils, and towels are available. The location is amazing, walking distance from main spots like the Cascade stairs or the opera house, and also from shops and restaurants. I recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the lovely Yerevan and Armenia."

"It is a very spacious and well-located apartment. Everything in the center of Yerevan is right there. It has what you need for a short or long stay. The furnishings are in good shape. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We arrived late at night, and they met us regardless. They arranged two tours outside the city, and we enjoyed ourselves."

"There are no bedside lamps, so it’s not possible to read in bed at night without having the very bright overhead lamp on. It would be good to provide guests with some new frying pans and a small outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the balcony. The walls also really need to a deep clean or to be repainted. It’s just the result of a lot of use over the years. Otherwise, the apartment is very clean."

"Негатива нет. Есть особенности. 6й этаж без лифта - нужно быть готовым к пешим подъёмам. Вечером темно в подъезде - фонарик в телефоне в помощь. У зеркала в душевой хотелось бы больше света."
