"Отлично место отдыха с детьми. Бассейн считай в номере, доступ до 20 - 00 свободный. Все чистое, свежий ремонт. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Для маленьких детей стоят кроватки и стулья. Стиральная машина. Место для парковки машины индивидуальное внутри не на улице. До горы на такси 5-7 минут. Вообщем тепло и уютно."

"Отличный дом, удобное расположение, до центра Цехкадзора можно спокойно прогуляться пешком. В каждой спальне был свой санузел, очень милый и уютный дворик, и просто великолепный персонал и сервис, остались очень довольны. Благодарим за гостеприимство! В доме было все необходимое, даже кофе!"

"Минусов для меня нет. Единственное хотелось бы отметить, что в спальнях нет кондиционеров, если кому-то это важно, но нам было комфортно спать с открытым окном."

"Прекрасные трехуровневые апартаменты с собственным гаражом. Продумано все для семейного отдыха или для отдыха компании друзей: две отдельные спальни, большая гостиная с удобным диваном и камином, зона барбекю и детский уголок на террасе. Апартаменты порадовали своей чистотой, оснащенностью и удобными кроватями. Находясь в этих аппартаментах, мы почувствовали внимание и заботу о гостях. Отличное соотношение цена-качество."

"I dont often leave reviews, but this gem of a hotel frankly deserves it. If you're a solo traveler looking to get a feel for the country, I could not recommend this place more, especially given the price. Walking distance from city centre. The staff are very terrific and the Armenian meals were very tasty. They offered tours for a great price which were quite enjoyable and very thorough. The staff are also really proficient in English. In my case, I was a solo traveler from Canada - I don't figure I could've got a better experience and a better immersion into the country from any other hotel. 10/10"

"Новый ремонт, красивый вид из окна, большой холодильник, удобная кровать, под домом классная современная спортивная площадка, хозяйка всегда на связи, всё чисто, опрятно и по-современному. Само здание новое, внизу на первом этаже есть магазин (единственный на округу) и кафе."

"Very cozy apartments, nice design and equipped with everything necessary for comfort. I especially like the hospitality and attitude of the owner, a very nice and good person. If you come to a tennis tournament, it is 450m convenient and close to walk to the courts. I definitely recommend it!"
