"Mr. Sahat and his wife are great hosts. Very kind and friendly. Mr. Sahat shares very usefull advices about what to do in the surrounding. Rooms are spacious but cosy, beds great, best sleeping in our week in Armenia. City center is few minutes of walking away. Bathroom clean with all amneties you need. Breakfast gives you energy till evening.. Thank you again!!!!"

"The impression we got staying at Eleven was that we weren’t simply customers - we were honoured guests, and the hosts weren’t simply polite they were actually caring. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, well furbished (they even thought to equip it with a large shoe horn, which you almost never see). Oh, and nothing beats eating breakfast in the yard."
