"Идеальное расположение, рядом в шаговой доступности банки, торговый центр Эребуни Молл, в котором большой супермаркет Erevan City, обменный пункт валюты, сеть магазинов одежды Valkiki и Fun Day. На втором этаже фудкорт. Недалеко ещё один супермаркет - MG с более приятными ценами. Минут 20 от дома известная древняя крепость Эребуни с музеем. Дома было всё необходимое для отдыха. Два кондиционера спасали от жары. Чайник, микроволновая печь, плита. Просторные комнаты, чистое постельное белье. Приедем вновь!"

"Прекрасно провели каникулы в Ереване! Хозяева замечательные. Аппартаменты просторные, 5 человек свободно разместились. Есть возможность добавить ещё одно спальное место- есть раскладушка. Кондиционеры в одной из спален и гостинной. Вся необходимая техника присутствует. До центра пешком далековато, но общественный транспорт работает хорошо и такси стоит недорого."

Хозяева вошли в наше положение и встретили нас рано утром - за это им особая благодарность. Дом расположен в очень удобном месте - рядом магазины и торговый центр. Есть место для парковки во дворе."
