"The hotel is located in a very central position, next to many important places but enclosed in a private courtyard. In fact the location was quite silent. The room was clean, quite big and fully equipped. The host was very kind and helpful."

"We arrived in Erevan at 10pm and the hotel we initially booked canceled our reservation at arrival. We found Daniel Boutique Hotel and reserved a room for the night. At arrival, Arina was waiting for us. She was the kindest human and welcomed us with a great attitude. The room was exceptionally clean and it was pre-cooled for us. In the morning, Arina’s colleague, also a very sweet lady, served us fruits and biscuits with coffee. They provided us with very useful tips and made our stay in Yerevan a pleasure. We decided to book another 2 nights with them. They did great efforts to make it a good stay for us and therefor we are very grateful."

"'Boutique hotel' makes you imagine that the decor might be lifted from some magazine, and look the same as countless other places. Actually, I loved the individual character of this place, and the front courtyard. All the facilities work very well. Because there are only a few rooms, it doesn't feel anonymous: you feel like you are a guest rather than a number. Excellent location for sightseeing."

"The absolute best was the warmth, kindness and enthusiasm of the owner. The location was perfect, it allowed me to explore the whole city on foot. The hotel is in a quiet location, the hotel is enclosed in a private courtyard with a few tables for breakfast and hence very private and safe. My room was basic but the bed was oh so comfortable, best mattress and pillow ever (I slept every night and I’m notoriously insomniac)."

Different every day - e. g. porridge, eggs, fruit cheese, flatbread, sweet bread, sausage if you eat meat... Very tasty and creative. We left very early and special arrangements were made for early breakfasts. A great stay. Room was excellent too."
