"Very bright and freshly decorated apartment. Great stay, perfect communication with the owner (thank you so much for being so kind to us and keeping in touch all the way through). Everything worked properly, no issues have been faced."

"It might be a bit too far from the city centre, but for us it was perfect since we had to work from home as well and didn’t want to be in the downtown. One minor thing is to arrange self check-in/check-out: I believe this would be very convenient for both sides."

"Квартира просторная, с идеальным ремонтом. Было невероятно чисто, светло и приятно. Чудесная хозяйка Наира, всегда внимательная к своим гостям. От пребывания остались только наипрекраснейшие впечатления. В следующий раз планируем долго не искать и сразу оставаться здесь."

"Отличная новая отдельная квартира, есть всё, что нужно и для короткого, и для длительного проживания. Кондиционер, огромный телевизор, отдельный телевизор в спальне, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина. Очень отзывчивые хозяева."

"Около дома нас встретила доброжелательная владелица апартаментов, а ещё объяснила нашему таксисту как и куда подъехать. Да и вообще все вопросы связанные с квартирой решались легко и приятно. К тому же апарты новые, супер чистые и в наличии все, что нужно для комфортной жизни в отпуске или командировке. Все было великолепно!"

"Excellent, friendly and helpful host, newly built environment with all the necessary facilities for a stay, quick and easy access to the city center and access to a 24-hour store, pharmacy, bakery, etc. near the accommodation. "We had an entire apartment at our disposal with every confort, cooking facilities and even a washing machine. The place is really clean, in the morning expect amazing views on the mountains. The free wi-fi is quick and reliable. The owner is kind and was there with the apartment keys litteraly 5 minutes after we called him. The building from the ouside looks a bit outdated, but the apartment is freshly renovated and spotless."

"The owner was very nice to us, we arrived around 11 PM and he invited us for a tea, while he checked our booking (we've booked it one hour before we came). He even let us stay until 4 PM the next day. The rooms were spacious even for 5 people, all the appliances were working, there was enough pots, pans, plates and kitchen utensils."

"I simply loved the spacey, clean appartement with its thoughtful details and great equipment. The bed very comfy and warm (some nights are already quite cool in beginning of october). In the kitchen you find anything one needs for taking care of one's own food (which I love). There is even a washing machine (which I did not need to use) The owner is very friendly and helpful, immeditately taking care of any request (i.g. internet not always working properly, it got fixed right away when finally I told him)"
