"Чистые и уютные номера, соответствуют фото. Можно парковаться на территории. Всё, что нужно семье с детьми было в наличии. Персонал отзывчивый, поили чаем с черничным вареньем, которое сами делают, подсказали, где заказать вкусный и недорогой шашлык. Особая благодарность Артаку - в первый день отвёз нас в дендропарк и провёл замечательную экскурсию по нему. На следующий день помог посетить дом Нарине Абгарян, где мы чудесно пообщались с мамой Нарине. Дочка, поклонница творчества писательницы, была в восторге. Артак, огромное спасибо. Завтрак хороший, просили для ребёнка безмолочную кашу - приготовили."

"Долго искали локацию. Яндекс навигатор дважды приводил не туда. Доехали только по геолокации от хозяев. Долго спрашивали, что мы хотим на завтрак, в итоге из того, что запросили ничего не было. Но всё равно было вкусно)"

"Очень уютный, приятный малый центр Еревана. До центра неспешно пешком 20 минут. Через дорогу есть магазин, прямо в доме - магазин овощей и фруктов. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографиям: новые, уютные, с современным дизайном. Плюсом является отопление, я оставалась в декабре - было комфортно. Есть стиральная машина, электроплита, чайник, холодильник. В целом впечатление от проживания только положительное. Возможно удобное дистанционное заселение."

"Beautiful and very cozy spacious apartment. The setting is unusual, especially the interior looks advantageous in the evening, with artificial lighting. The apartment is in the shade, which is delightful in the conditions of hot spring and summer weather. Just on the day we arrived, it was quite hot and there was no need to turn on the air conditioner (I don't like it). The location is very fortunate, and I can recommend it even for families with children."

"Amazing hidden gem. Really well thought out. Fully equipped and the extra touches like underfloor heating, the extra linens and ample towels etc just makes it the most delightful winter stay. The bathroom isnlike a private spa. Gevorg and the owner were extremely responsive, they even organized a comfortable transfer from the area to the airport at a fair price. Both were also extremely responsive. We really enjoyed playing games like table tennis and hiking on the mountain and seeing the frozen lake, wish we could have spent more time. The stars are amazing at night but please consider providing eye masks for sleeping as we had the full moon coming over the room which would wake us up at 2am. Overall an amazing experience."
