Выход из дома в свой закрытый двор, можно пожарить барбекю на улице, есть мангал. Всегда есть куда поставить машину, так как двор закрывается. Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство!"

"I had such a wonderful stay at Art House Armenia in Gyumri. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and honest—helping us find the places we wanted to visit and making us feel at home. It truly felt like staying with a relative in Gyumri. The house itself is spotless and very well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need: toiletries, hair straightener, shampoo, shower gel, dryer, slippers, air conditioning, and more. The interior is modern and comfortable, while the exterior keeps the charm of a traditional Gyumri home. The beautiful garden with an apple tree and the three spacious bedrooms made the stay even more enjoyable. A big bonus is how quiet the place is—perfect if you want a good night’s sleep. Walking to the city center takes about 15–20 minutes, or just 3 minutes by car. There’s one small store nearby, with more shops within walking distance. Overall, this was the best experience: clean, cozy, quiet, and welcoming. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!"
