"The landlord is a beautiful lady, very gentle and patient. Will help me solve all my problems and always take care of me. All the facilities in the house are satisfactory, the location is good, and there is everything around. I'd like to stay here every time I come, thank you very much ~"

"Квартира сама по себе удобная, пароль от Wi-Fi оставили сразу, писать и спрашивать его не пришлось. И были две вещи, которые очень ценны, но редко встречаются: 1) газовый котел, вода держалась горячей дольше, чем обычно и можно было нормально помыться. 2) в квартире было тепло, либо она сама по себе такая, либо хозяйка её прогрела заранее, за что ей большая благодарность. Мы были с мланецем, который уже умеет ползать и стоять и поэтому спальня была идеальной, мы смогли развернуть кровать боком, чтобы ребенок не упал, естественно перед отъездом все вернули как было. Еще очень удобно, что Ереван-Сити буквально в двух шагах."
