"We stayed at this guesthouse during our road trip through Armenia, and it was a lovely and peaceful stop. The owner greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, she remained attentive and helpful — when we had an issue with the hot water, she fixed it immediately with a smile, which we really appreciated. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, just as described in the listing. We also appreciated having access to a washing machine, which came in handy. The patio was a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring. "Araik is a wonderful host. He was very helpful and attentive. When I went for groceries for the first time, he showed me the shops, explained what to buy, and acquainted me with the owners. He also presented us a delicious watermelon! :) The house is really spacious and comfortable, and has everything for a long stay. As my boyfriend said, "The only thing I lack here, are my home slippers". We had a great week there and are grateful to Araik for his hospitality."
