"The accommodation is in a great location. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach. There is a parking area where you can park comfortably. The rooms we booked were located outside the main building and were probably newer. We really appreciated the privacy and the small terrace where we could have breakfast. Although the accommodation has facilities where breakfast could be served, during our stay this was not possible. However, since there is a bakery right next to the property, open from early morning until the evening, it wasn’t much of an issue. The room had everything we needed. The trash was taken out daily and sometimes the towels were even replaced, which I wouldn’t have expected here, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I can only recommend this place."
"Nothing major, just perhaps a note that communication from the owner through Booking was practically nonexistent, which feels a bit unusual, but upon arrival he was there in person and sorted everything out with us without any issues, so it wasn’t a problem. The option to pay by card via Revolut or PayPal is also a big plus."

"We had a brand new room, which was very comfortable and clean. The reception was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Excellent coffee, by the way, you should give that a try. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was very quiet mid June. Very clear sea, which looked more like an aquarium because of the fish you could see."

"Everything described in the list of facilities was there. We got a seaview on the second floor as requested. Free parking on the enclosure. The host was friendly and helpful. It was a place that made you relax."
"There is no sign board with the name of the property. There is no shower curtain (like in a lot of other Albanian rental rooms) so you wet the whole bathroom while taking a shower. We were a bit disappointed in the area: Livadi beach and Jale beach were in fact giant construction places: everywhere road works, excavators, building, restoration of beach bars, so a lot of ugly views and a lot of noise and fumes. It will be probably nice when all that is finished …"
