"We were in the quad room on the bottom level, which offered easy access for our children. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, and a portable hob, making it convenient for our needs. The owners were incredibly lovely and made our stay even better by accommodating our request for laundry. The onsite bar was a bonus, perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and evening drinks. Additionally, we appreciated that towels were changed halfway through our four-night stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!"

"The next time we visit Ksamil we would most definitely stay here again! The property is family owned and driven and we all felt well taken care of. The property is a 2-minute walk to Pradise beach which is right beside Lori beach, our personal favorite beach 'cause of its finer sand, more shallow waters and cheaper sunbeds compared to other beaches. Our kids loved it! There are markets nearby, and a bigger market right in front of the beaches. Everywhere else we needed to go to are at walking distances. The owners are incredibly kind and accomodating. They also have a really cozy bar right at the entrance serving drinks. We ordered our daily morning coffees here. We stayed at the 2nd floor in a comfortable room with a kitchenette, private balcony, 2 single beds and 1 double bed for 7 nights. We needed to wash some clothes mid-stay so the landlady took care of it and would not take money for payment, plus she changed our sheets and towels too."

"The owners take cash for payment for accomodation which we were not prepared for since we usually pay directly to Booking.com or by credit card. But this was easily solved and honestly not a big deal."

"Beautiful new vila with clean, modern, well appointed rooms. We had a deluxe double room with balcony and it had a kitchenette as well. Hosts were friendly and helpful. They have a lovely garden with olive and citrus trees. There is on-site parking. Five minute walk to public beach and beach clubs."

"I liked everything. from the location to the terrace and the room. all details are carefully selected. everything is sweet and marine. everything was clean. bed linen ironed and clean as well as towels. bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days, as well as apartment cleaning. the owners are very kind. next year we will go again. all recommendations"

"The room was new, very clean and comfortable. It had some basic cooking facilities which was useful. The bed was great - very comfortable. Modern bathroom."

"It was cold and there was only 1 thin blanket. Although not critical as we didn't plan on spending any time in the room, the balcony was right up against their house, so not private and certainly no view. But as we were only overnighting to visit Butrint, this didn't bother us. Although nothing to do with the accommodation, Ksamil is hideous! They have totally spoilt what must have once been a collection of beautiful, natural, pebbly bays with raked sand imported from a quarry which makes the water cloudy, noisy and intrusive beach bars and wall to wall beach beds. Such a shame."
