"Wonderful stay just 2 minutes from the beach! We had a great time at this cozy villa located just a 2-minute walk from the sea. It's super close to the beach, restaurants, and the town center. The owners were kind enough to pick us up by car since we didn’t have our own transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I wish we had more nights available to stay longer.We enjoyed our morning coffee and croissants. Highly recommended!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Vila Eva a Ksamil e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La posizione è fantastica, vicinissima al mare. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo tutto: la sistemazione, la tranquillità e soprattutto l’ospitalità dei proprietari, persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!"

"Incredible Stay – Steps from the Beach! We had an amazing time staying at this villa! The location couldn’t be better – just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which made our mornings and evenings so peaceful and enjoyable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for anything we needed and full of great local recommendations. You can really tell they care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway just steps from the sea, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again – highly recommended!"

"This is a superb apartment. In the first line to the strand and the promenade. The apartment is in a beautiful small block of apartments, with ample parking, elevator and amid pine trees. Facilities and appliances inside the apartment were second to none. There is a lovely walk to the beach, which to us, made it more interesting, quieter and private. We do strongly recommend it and we shall definitely chose it again for our future stays."
