"The hotel is in a great location close to the town centre but quiet, because it's tucked around the back between two busy streets. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful, which I find especially important when travelling alone because it helps to feel safe."

"The breakfast hours are limiting - only between the hours of 8am - 10a.m. so does not cover for guest who have early flights or early excursions / trips out of town. I was only able to eat breakfast once out of the 4 nights and 5 days spent there because of this. There was also an incidence of us being told to ensure we wash our faces before lying on the pillows as they would not be able to get make up off the linen! Felt like we were visiting parents and not staying in a hotel."
