"I had been to Vila 43 twice for lunch but stayed overnight for the first time. The setting is beautiful, right by the lake, with cozy rooms, great breakfast and amazing water to swim in. What truly stood out was the hospitality. I had to cancel my original booking last minute due to a family emergency. The son, who manages bookings, responded with professionalism and understanding. When I returned two weeks later, I insisted on offering compensation… they initially refused, but accepted after I explained I’d feel embarrassed otherwise. As a kind gesture, the owner gifted us a bottle of local wine. We arrived very late, but the mother was waiting with a smile. She clearly had a soft spot for us as a young couple, treated us with care, almost like babysitting us in the sweetest way. A peaceful stay. Highly recommended. Looking forward to visit again soon."

"A small suggestion: having a fridge accessible to guests at night with drinks (especially water) would be a great addition. Guests could simply note what they take on a sheet for payment later. Shops nearby and the bar on sote close early. On our first night we really needed water beyond the two small bottles provided."

"Beautiful new building on the lake, tastefully furnished. Wonderful view of the lake and all the surroundings. Very quiet at night. Nice room with fridge and balcony, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Fast wi-fi, good water pressure in the shower, thick towels. Free and safe parking a few meters from the hotel. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, both salty and sweet, with home-made glyko and "petulla" and fresh fruit. We had dinner also, and the fish koran was cooked very well and tasteful. The communication with the host was very good. The older host and hostess and the whole staff were very kind and always ready"
