"We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The views were stunning, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Communication with the host was seamless and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few aspects we didn’t love. We initially thought the two villas were together on the same land, but the second villa was actually separate, about 200 meters away. This meant we spent most of our time in one villa with the family and only used the other for sleeping. Additionally, the property isn’t very accessible, with lots of stairs and thresholds, making it challenging for guests with mobility issues. The pool was also quite small, and the water was too cold to use in October."

"Wow, this was an amazing place to stay! It was a bit hard to navigate, but only the first time ;) We arrived late at night and were met with a friendly pair, so check-in went smoothly. There's seperate parking for guests and pretty much all you need. When we awoke the next day, we were stunned by the view over the ocean - you can even see Corfu! The beds are nice and we got plenty clean linen and towels. There's a washing machine as well and with Albanian temperatures, it'll dry in a second. We enjoyed lazing around the pool and the outdoor barbecue. The nearest shop is in Ksamil and there's plenty of good restaurants nearby (we strongly recommend L'arte Della Pizza). Our highlights were definitely Butrint and Gjirokaster!"

"There's a lot of bugs at night, so keep your windows closed. The host was kind enough to provide some insect repellants, luckily. There's not a lot to around nearby, but you won't be bored if you're willing to drive a bit further."

"The view from the property was very good. Beds were comfortable. Extra towels were provided. Lots of outside space."

"The directions to find the place was not clear. We arrived at night when there was a storm and it was quite difficult to find the place. There is no place to hang clothes and towels especially when weather is stormy. Adding some hooks behind the doors would help. Access to the back was not possible because the key was not provided so we couldn't have the access to the beach. In the kitchen, it would have been useful to have a hot water kettle and toaster. As an extra, each person should have 2 pillows each."

"This is a gem perched high on a bluff with stunning views over the Ionian and to Corfu. For us the location was perfect in the quiet seclusion between the madness of Saranda an Ksamil. Interior was newly renovated, comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces sublime- especially the private pool area."

"Guests should note that there are surveillance cameras trained on the the private pool and outdoor eating areas. My understanding is that this contravenes booking.com’s policies."

"Most beautiful view and silent place. Lovely to sleep silence (in the city of Ksamil a lot of dogs barking and noise). In the morning goats and sheep come by the villa, so nice and fun to see. Lovely pool and clean. Villa is perfect for family or couple/friends. Recommend to have a car, so you can drive to market/shop and restaurant in Ksamil or Sarande."

"No dishwasher and no vacuumcleaner. The road up to the villa is a bit bad but it works."
