"Llegar al hotel ha sido toda una odisea. Tienen unas cuántas plazas de parking reservado, pero el problema es que el hotel se ubica en una callejuela que da a una de las calles principales y no está indicado. Tuve que llamar al hotel para que me dieran instrucciones porque no había forma de llegar (estaba en coche) al hotel. Al final, pude llegar, eso sí, mientras tenía a la recepcionista en línea, que sino nunca hubiera descubierto la ubicación exacta."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – right in the city center, so everything is super easy to reach. The service was excellent, everyone was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes! The lady working at breakfast was incredibly kind and even offered us extra pancakes. I would definitely recommend the breakfast – it’s 100% worth it. Everything was just great!"

"Staff was not welcoming at all. The room was different than the one we have selected. You will be charged for the parking lot which is at the outside and definitely not a safe spot. Breakfast was also different then what they offer in the photos and you payed for. If you insist to stay here do not include the breakfast and have it somewhere else. The lady who served our breakfast has no idea what is hygiene. She dropped the placemat to the floor thinking we did not see it and opened the service with it until we warned her to change it 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼"
