"It was very clean. He renovated it himself and obviously really looks after it. And everything is built with good material. The entrance is at a backalley between the main road and the boardwalk, perfect location. The building may not look like it, but there´s a little paradise behind the front door of the apartment. The elevator is also really handy on the 6th floor (great view from the 2-sided balcony). He made sure we had some store bought croissants, coffee and a lot of fresh fruit. The apartment also boasts 2 bathrooms and 3 AC-units. We swam at the pool from the Adriatik hotel which the kids really enjoyed. It´s a little past the marina in a vibrant part of Dürres, but a couple minutes from the most busy part (believe me, this is good). I also want to commend K for having a Krups espresso machine and a new smart tv with all of the streaming apps available. This is just a no brainer if it´s available"

"The access to the property was easy after a long travel day, the host communicated very well. The apartment is in a great location my family and I enjoyed our stay. The beach was on the door step to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was brand new and was newly refurbished. The apartment has lots of space, good amenities including air con, hair dryer, TV most importantly a washing machine. Overall the apartment was super clean, safe and family friendly. We all had a comfortable nights sleep. The balcony had stunning views. We will be returning in summer."

"Tout était parfait, l’appartement était propre, quasi neuf, tout équipé, à 5 min à pieds de la plage, tout est à proximité, la vue est incroyable, Kin notre hôte était adorable, tjs disponible si nous avions besoin, vraiment allez y les yeux fermés! Merci Kin et j’espère à bientôt en Albanie ou en France!"

"Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, très propre, situé à 3 min de la plage et à proximité de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurants...). Notre hôte est très accueillant et disponible pour tout renseignements. Je recommande vivement."

"Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Dog med udsigt til lidt byggeri og skrald (foruden strand og vand). Lejligheden er pæn ny og nyrenoveret og Klinton vores vært var meget! hjælpsom. Durres er en dejlig by med primært lokal turisme. Folk er meget hjælpsomme. God Aircon og godt Wifi!"

"Elevatoren var i stykker. Dette var ikke noget vi vidste, og ankomst klokken 3.20 am, uden præcise anvisninger gjorde ankomsten til en stor udfording med tunge kufferter, idet vi ikke kunne finde opgangen, hvor nøgler lå i nøgleboks. Dette trækker alvorligt ned, da der er langt op til 6. sal. Der manglede bestik tallerkner og mikrobølgeovn. Dette blev dog indkøbt af vores vært dagen efter ankomst. Swimming-pool koster 30 Euro pr. dag!! Dette er et stort minus, og jeg mener ikke man kan skilte med adgang til Swimming-pool, da det er offentlig adgang der koster 30 Euro. Vi købte selv en espresso-kande til komfur, som vi efterlod til andre gæster. Der mangler virkelig et bruseforhæng."

"Ottima esperienza in questo appartamento durante il nostro soggiorno di fine giugno. I punti di forza sono sicuramente il fatto che è stata appena ristrutturata, lo spazio e la modernità degli ambienti, che sono esattamente come in foto. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e si nota che la manutenzione è curata. Per una famiglia, avere una cucina così attrezzata e una lavatrice è un vantaggio enorme. La posizione è strategica: non si è nel caos del centro ma la spiaggia si raggiunge con una breve e comoda passeggiata. Dal balcone si gode di una bellissima vista. Molto comoda la possibilità di usare la piscina con scivoli dell'hotel di fronte: l'accesso giornaliero per un ombrellone e due lettini costa 300 Lek, una spesa che consigliamo per far divertire i bambini. L'host è stato reattivo e gentile, rispondendo rapidamente ai messaggi. Nel complesso, è una soluzione abitativa che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza riserve a chi cerca comfort e praticità."
