"The apartment is clean, convenient (right at the heart of Ksamil) close to supermarkets and restaurants, near the beach (about 4 minute walk), parking available around the area."

"The apartment is described as "beachfront" in the listing. This is the main reason I chose this apartment over other places. I was absolutely upset when upon arrival, that is not the case. It shouldn't be described as beach front as its not directly facing the beach! None of their units are directly in front of the beach. This easily mislead consumers. Whichever room you choose in their unit, there's no beach front. Ypu couldn't even see the beach as its blocked by other buildings. However, it is easily 4 minute walk to the nearest beach. Another thing is, it isn't a 2 bedroom property but instead a one bedroom studio. There's barely a glass sliding partition that separates the bedroom. If youre after full privacy, this isn't possible. So I think the bedroom description should also be clearly defined in the listing."

"It was a very comfortable stay, and Nertila was very helpful and friendly. The location of the property is excellent, with a restaurant just downstairs and a supermarket in the next building. The kitchen is also well-equipped, making it very suitable for both short and long stays. I definitely recommend it — thank you for everything!"

"Very good location, right in the centre of Ksamil with shops, restaurants and the beach on your doorstep. The host was very kind and supplied fresh towels and bedding twice during our stay! Really nice clean apartment!"

"The only issue was the shower head is attached to the wall at waist height, and there isn’t any glass. So it is awkward to shower without water spraying in the bathroom"

"The host Nerita is such a kind person. Very welcoming and helpful. The studio is at best location in ksamil in our point of view with restaurants at the door step and 2min walking from the beautiful beaches of Ksamil 9 and Bora Bora Beach. Very comfy place, everything brand new."

"Nothing we did not like. Just for suggestion, kitchen could be a bit better equipped with thing such a eletric kettle, mugs, cutting board, one more saucepan and more cutlery to give guests more options for cooking. Even though we loved the place, managed very well and we sure recommend it."
