"We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. Everything had clearly been thought through, and the place was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the cozy living room, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The drinking water dispenser was also a great and very convenient feature. The entire apartment was very clean and well maintained. In addition, the host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others."

"The Townhouse is a great little place in the old town. It is a very neatly refurbished old stone house in a cute street, next to the old bazar. The house has everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, it was very clean and tidy, good Wi-Fi, good communication with hosts."

"We had an unfortunate night, where the bar next door was holding a loud party. We were informed that the bar has now permanently closed, which should be a benefit for the townhouse and the whole street. This is pretty much the only reason why we didn’t give the house a top 10 rating."

"Mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir in Albanien hatten. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Für die Gäste stehen Obst, Kaffee, Tee, Eier und Milch bereit, nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Wouter, der Vermieter, hat uns mit seinen hervorragenden Landes Kenntnissen sehr weitergeholfen (fragen Sie bloß nicht die Touristen Information). Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, wären wir sehr gerne länger geblieben."

It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for both families and groups. One of the nicest touches was that the house had food for breakfast, along with coffee, which made us feel truly welcomed and at home from the first moment. The atmosphere of the apartment is very calm, cozy, and relaxing, exactly what you want when visiting a place like Gjirokastër. Wouter, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available, very responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Overall, everything was perfect, from comfort to hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gjirokastër, and we would definitely love to come back again!"

"Location was amazing, it was super clean, great views of castle and much larger and nicer even then pictures- host was super nice- met us at place, gave suggestions to eat and what to do and…had eggs and milk and butter for us in fridge! Perfect stay- I would rent this place for extended area stay- parking was small walk to place, safe and secure. Communication was super fast with any questions. Bed was comfy and sheets were super soft, not hotel, classy damask."

"Our stay at this house in Berat was simply impeccable — a 10 out of 10 in every way. The location is ideal, perfect for walking to all the main tourist attractions, with a public parking area right next to the house, which is very convenient. The house is beautiful, tastefully restored and decorated with great attention to detail, and offers stunning views of Berat Castle. Everything was very clean, and from the very first moment we felt completely at home. Without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality of the host. He took the time to explain things, share useful tips, and give us excellent recommendations that made our stay even better. For all these reasons, we give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this accommodation."
