"La situació de l'hotel i el confort de l'habitació."
"Desconec si hi havia algun problema informàtic o de personal però em va donar la sensació que a recepció no sabien ni que teniem una reserva ni quant havíem de pagar. I no van ser xapaços de donsr indicacions mínimes de què fer a Shkodër, lo de pagament en efectiu en un hotel és molt cutre. I el bufette esmorzar millorable."
"Location ; centrally located If you are coming by bus, it is about 10 mins walk. There are many shops and resturants nearby. Staff speaks good English and both gals at the reception are very nice.Especially the one in the afternoon. She always smile to me when I pass by and say hi."

"Hotel Treva is very conveniently located within 10 minutes walk from the bus station, the city centre and best bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast and I love the courtyard garden for relaxing with a drink. Most importantly, all the staff were friendly and helpful making this a wonderful stay. I will certainly book Hotel Treva when I return to the marvellous city of Shkoder."
