"El personal és molt amable, qualsevol pregunta/dubte/problema que tinguis ells t'ajudaran sense dubtar-ho. La decoració de l'hotel era molt bonica i també ambientada a l'època antiga."
"No és relacionat amb l'hotel. Nosaltres no sabíem que per arribar fins a l'hotel s'ha de fer una pujada considerable amb molt de pendent. Recomanem als viatgers que es preparin per la pujada amb adoquins fins al castell o bé agafin un taxi."

"An amazing stay with gracious hosts! Nestled in the heart of Berat castle, this absolute gem was such a highlight! Our host kindly drove us to the bus station and gave us advice on transport and activities. A delicious home-cooked breakfast was provided for us each morning. Definitely recommend!"
