"The property is located at a beautiful place with the view of the mountains. Wonderful and friendly staff, they made our visit extremely comfortable. Given we were the only guest for first 2 days, they setup the breakfast for us beautifully."
"The heating is our room was broken, so we slept sweating for one night but thankfully they moved us to another room for our second and third night. Given it’s a remote location and there is nothing available for 20km, I think the facility should provide water and tea coffee facilities in the room. Also, everything there as an additional activities came with a cost we didn’t expect to be on the higher side, any board games/ snooker etc was 10 euros per person wherein spa and sauna was 100 euros per person for an hour which we found to be really expensive."

"Everything was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, beautiful place, very nice dining hall/restaurant, everything was clean and we had a great time. Jacuzzi and spa area was very nice and relaxing as well."

"The hotel and view was great. The only thing they need to do is to take care for the road when it snowing and Icy. If you have a small car and don’t have winter wheels can’t go in the winter."

"vse bylo velice ciste, vybaveni pokoje koupelna perfektni, nadherne vyhledy z pokoje, jidelny i terasy, vecer karty u krbu a k tomu vsemu skvela kuchyne. Nadherne klidne misto uprostred hor, ale s dobrou dostupnosti i autem, vc parkoviste pod kamerama. Rada se zase vratim😊🖖"

"Chambre propre et très confortable. Espace commun charmant avec un cadre exceptionnel, isolé dans les montagnes. Chambre très calme. Personnel à l'écoute et qui essaye de solutionner les problèmes. Espace hamman compris dans le prix de notre chambre mais prestation jacuzzi et sauna en supplément. Espace soigné. On recommandé vivement pour passer un temps entouré de nature."
