"It was spotlessly clean & had a superb location right next to the bus terminal which is ideal if you are travelling on to Saranda. The owner was very helpful & even brought us creamer so we could have a cup of tea in the room."

Only a short walk from the bus station and a short drive/bus to the airport. But the owner was amazing and very very helpful! The cafe downstairs is perfect, after a 4.5 hour bus ride it was perfect place to relax and get a beer or coffee."

"I will stay here every time I go to Tirana. It's probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely, the bed is really comfortable and the shower is great. The air-conditioning is a blessing. The staff are lovely and Tony is just the best. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a perfect stay. Great location for the bus station, and eay to get into the city centre, I walked, but there are buses available. I can't rate this place high enough."

"I would highly recommend ES Hotel to anyone who is catching a bus from the nearby bus station. We had told the hotel that we would be arriving at 10pm, unfortunately due to a traffic jam we arrived at 1am. The owners had tried contacting us but we had no internet connection. They greeted us with open arms, brought our cases up the stairs, showing us how the air conditioning worked and supplied us with two bottles of water. They offered to drive us the bus station the following morning and asked us to meet them down in the cafe below the hotel 30 minutes prior to our departure time (6:30am). In the cafe, we chose our coffee of choice and they gave us a chocolate croissant each and a bottle of water for our bus journey free of charge. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel."
