"Everything beyond expectations, owner switched on AC before our arrival for room to be warm for us. Hot water all the time. Good breakfast. Old town close just 10 minutes uphill walk. We had a short but wonderful stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend it as a good and quiet place."

"We stayed in Bora Hotel in Gjirokaster only for one night. Although only for a short time but we experienced a very nice welcome especially from Lola. She was very nice and she also speaks very good Italian."

Everything was spotless, the location was great, but what really stood out was the kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness of both the staff and the owner. They weren’t just incredibly welcoming to us, but to every guest staying at the hotel, and even to people just stopping by for a drink at the hotel bar. I highly recommend this place — if you’re passing through the area, make sure not to miss this hotel. The experience is truly wonderful."
