Boasting garden views, Aria Prive offers accommodation with patio, around 400 metres from Potam Beach. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The units provide views of the sea and come with a seating area, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and mountain views is offered in all units. At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The villa has a barbecue and a garden, which can be enjoyed by guests if the weather permits.

"Great location, just a short 5 minute walk down a dirt road to shops, several great restaurants, and a nice beach Aldo, our host, was lovely and on site next door which made things very easy. Kitchen well equipped- we cooked several meals and ate them on the lovely terraces."

"The property was in a great location - walking distance to a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants. It was well equipped so you could also self cater. The photos do not do the property justice - it certainly exceeded expectations. Aldo was a very helpful host and always on site to help with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend."

"It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relax. Settled in an olive grove with a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and beach bars. We either went out to eat or grilled in an outdoor kitchen. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations and sightseeing and open water swimming tips."
"We liked all of it, although arriving at night via the dirt road was a bit intimidating. Do not be afraid, it is only intimidating on the first approach in the dark. Much nicer in the daylight."
