"location. restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful with check in. We were in Dubai when the Iran attacks began and they helped sort two rooms at short notice and helped our stranded Australian friends calm down and were very flexible with them not having passports on them and the hotel accepted scanned email copies which was incredible service and really helped everyone feel safe in a stressful time."

"When we checked in (Friday morning around 2.30am) they put us in a disabled room?? They also put us on a lower floor with no golf course view which we had paid for. In the morning they moved us after we complained"
