"The most beautiful hotel! It is spotlessly clean and looks perfect at all times. The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us and were all so friendly. Buffet food was lovely, loads of variety and all very flavoursome. Ala carte restaurants at the pool and beach were so good for lunch too! Premium quality alcohol for drinks which we haven’t found in a lot of all inclusive restaurants so that was fab. The bar on the UG floor of the hotel was also amazing, a really fun vibe for later in the evening and 10/10 cocktails. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"

"We stayed 6 nights and it wasn’t clear we didn’t get ala carte dinners for less than 7 night stays so that was a shame but the manager on reception very kindly let us book dinner at the Italian ala carte restaurant which was gorgeous. The lady who checked us in went through all the info very quickly and didn’t seem to have time or want to explain things to us fully which was difficult as there’s lots to know at first! Luckily another member of staff was much more helpful."

"Fruit bar bear family swimming pool has too many flies, not healthy. Also beach sunbeds are tired and dirty, towels are sooo cheap and old, low quality material and weird dirty pinksih color, and even without Roxos logo, not fancy at all. Overall beach area could be designed much better in such a hugh level hotel."

"MAGNIFICENT BUILDING. Hands down, it’s the most eye catching building in Abu Dhabi. Really spacious rooms and premises, buggy facilities, many activities to participate in. Delicious welcome cake at the room. Close to emirates palace, Qasr el Watan. Marina mall, at a 2’ walking distance."

"The sun never shines at the adult pool. The towel system at the pool is a bit silly- and the towels themselves are tiny for their purpose. Sunbeds are stuck next to each other. No spa facilities (indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam bath etc)- only massages. The most negative issue though it’s that the 95% of the hotel guests are Russians with all inclusive packages that never leave the hotel premises"
