"This is an amazing hotel with a unique feel. From the time one enters into the lobby and be greeted by a double staircase and the most impressive crystal chandelier to entering the rooms. Rooms are arranged around a forecourt, a bit like a Riyadh. Plush carpets and marble walkways. The sports bar, next to the main restaurant, has a pub feel, very inviting. Everyone of the staff we came across was polite and helpful. Definite change from regular luxury hotels. The great plus is the value for money. Will definitely use on next visit. We found this hotel randomly via booking app to use as close to airport for early flight but were forced to use longer due to airport closure. Very satisfying experience. 😀"

"Been traveling to this town and choosing this hotel for the last 10 years. I always stop, for at least a few nights, every time I come to Dubai. Great staff, awesome breakfast as well as dinner options. Friendly staff greeting you with a smile on your way in. Still same faces work in some parts of hotel. Great to see them :) Thank you for free dinner and free fruit basket :)"
"Still years after there are no sockets for plugs except behind a TV. Can't charge my laptop while working nor my phone when sleeping. It's quoite annoying if I may say so... A/C broke down durring my stay and my bathroom became a swimming pool, was awaken by waterfall. 15 minutes after my report it was fixed and all cleaned so great response! Please add more sockets, please :)))"

"This hotel was very much better then expected. I noticed my room had a flaw after I checked in, Was not able to get another room but staff send up maintence guy who fix the problem within minuets! Bed and pillow was 10/10. Slept good, Very clean hotel with wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make a pleasent stay. Especially the cleaners and valey staff was 10/10. Also the breakfast buffé was really good. I can very much recommend this hotel! Awesome value for money with breakfast and parking included."
