"This property is very well maintained. Check-in process was really smooth and all in-house facilities were made available since day 1 (milk, coffee, detergent etc.). The washroom was always kept clean and bedsheets were changed whenever requested. WiFi was also working smoothly throughout my stay. The property location is very convenient with restaurants, bus stops, cafes and supermarkets available at walking distance. The property owner / manager is an extremely friendly person and always available. In fact he even provided me a complementary drop-off to my next stay :) Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a spot in Shabiya"

"Our host Suhail was Amazing, friendly and very helpfull , very kind to let us use the kitchen and helped us find an ATM ,Also we arrived late and he made it very easy for us to do the check in I would really recomend to stay here if you come a few days to abu Dhabi , its not really in the city centre but we had the opportunity to check out a different area"

"This was a wonderful stay. The room is one of the largest I've seen in this category. It has a double bed (mattress was excellent !) Wardrobe and a study table are provided. This looks like an upscale place (for this category) and is kept very neat and clean. Two rooms share a common washroom. Suhail was prompt and communicative for all queries and is an excellent host."
