"The location is excellent, it's walking distance to the Dubai Mall. It has great facilities such as a dry cleaner and mini markets in close proximity to it. The staff on entry are helpful and pleasant. I had a problem with the safe in room which wouldn't open but the residence maintenance team were good they came with 20 minutes if reporting the matter and resolved the problem."
