"I have nothing to complain about regarding the place. I paid about £150 for one night and, compared to other citys, I found it expensive. The hotel doesn’t offer anything special to justify this price; however, I understand that this may be because the place is small and there are limited accommodation options in the town. The receptionist who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre and is very close to the national bus station. Very comfortable mattress and pillow. I recommend staying here."

"I think the shower enclosure should be improved. As it is now, it makes a lot of mess while showering, and by the end the bathroom floor is very wet."

"The room was big enough with a nice view of the mountains. There were two beds, a small table and shelves. Also we had a bathroom with a bathtub. The fireplace near the reception looked nice."

"It was excellent value for money and very close to the bus station. The staff at the bar were very helpful and sweet. Helped us on questions we had even though it was difficult for them to communicate in English. The rooms were cleaned and very well maintained."

"Its no fault of theirs but the some of the other guests were very noisy and there isn't enough sound proofing to prevent it. Otherwise no real complaints at all and would recommend it for sure."
