"L'apartament en general, està tot perfecte. La ubicació es bona, tot i que algú pot pensar que està lluny del Funicamp, a nosaltres ja ens va anar be. Està molt equipat a nivell d'electrodomestics, molt nous i en bon estat de coservació"

"We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated having a private parking spot — finding parking in Andorra is almost impossible, so this was a huge plus. The apartment was very well equipped: having a washing machine and dryer was perfect for our ski trip, as we could wash some clothes in between days. There were also lots of useful appliances, including a sandwich maker, Nespresso machine, blender, dishwasher, and a good TV. The larger bedroom was comfortable, but the smaller one felt quite tight. For taller people like me, the lower bed was a bit too short. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical place to stay, especially for skiing, and we appreciated all the conveniences provided."

"Our communication with the host at the beginning was quite complicated. At first, they only wrote to me in Spanish (which I don’t speak) and asked us to send our photo IDs via WhatsApp for tourist registration. I personally don’t consider WhatsApp a safe platform for sharing such documents, and when I asked about a safer alternative, they stopped responding for quite a long time. I eventually found an alternative option myself, and interestingly, they replied again right after that. They also weren’t available to hand over the keys themselves and arranged for someone else to do it. However, when we arrived at the apartment complex, there was nobody there to meet us. Since we were coming from the EU, our phone data and calls weren’t working in Andorra, so we couldn’t reach anyone right away. We finally found a small café that let us use their Wi-Fi, and after several messages through both the Booking.com app and WhatsApp, we managed to get in touch. In the end, it took about 1–1.5 hours to receive the keys, even though I had regularly updated the host about our estimated arrival time and informed them when we realised we would be slightly later than planned. Fortunately, during the rest of our stay the communication improved — the host replied to me in English and was available whenever we had questions. Still, the initial experience felt quite odd and frustrating."

"La posibilidad de utilizar la plaza de aparcamiento del edificio es muy bueno para despreocuparse a la hora de aparcar. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, ideal para pasar unos días en Andorra. Está relativamente cerca de las pistas, 10 minutos sin tráfico y media hora o así si pillas hora punta un sábado, pero está a tiro de piedra."

"Quizá que no tiene algún bar o restaurante al que te puedas acercar andando, hay que coger el coche para todo, pero algo que sabíamos que podría ocurrir."
